Shipping & Returns


All completed and paid orders are shipped fast. Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm (Pacific Standard Time). All items are Shipped on a strict timely manner. We understand the importance of delivering products to our customers on time and that's our priority.

Currently we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:


Shipment Tracking

Customers are provided with a tracking # for the shipping carrier for the respective delivery. We also update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and/or size of your product and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In case of free shipping promotion, shipping charges are not shown to customers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You always have the option to cancel and claim full refund for the backordered item.


Return Policy

No questions asked, no-hassle Policy. You may return any new, unused, unworn items in its original packing within 7 days of delivery for a refund/exchange. This applies to online orders only. Alternatively you may also exchange any new, unused, unworn items in its original packing with another item from our store within 7 days of delivery. Any difference in prices is adjusted by charging extra from the customer or issuing credit to the customer, as necessary. Any items purchased in-store, can be exchanged within 7 days. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date on which your package is received by us. Return amounts are normally issued to same payment mode as the order was paid for initially while purchasing. In many cases you may receive a refund quicker than four weeks. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
